Charles Michael Guidon, Jr.

Charles Michael Guidon, Jr., 61, of Bethlehem, died on Thursday, January 18, 2018. He was born in Bethlehem; son of Jeannette Catherine (Garcia) Guidon and the late Charles Michael Guidon, Sr.

Charles was a graduate of Freedom High School. In his younger years, he was the owner and operator of Barneys Steak Shop. He later worked for Allentown Optical for 25 years. More recently Charles volunteered for the soup kitchen at Trinity Episcopal Church in Bethlehem and his dedication later earned him a role as an employee. Charles was an avid fisherman and enjoyed dogs. He will be remembered for his kind heart.

Charles will be missed by his daughter, Erin Getz of Buffalo; granddaughter, Aubrey; brothers, Edward and his wife, Tammy of Bethlehem; Larry and his wife, Corina of Houston; and David and his wife, Bonnie of Freemansburg; as well as his niece, Heather; and great niece, Zoey.
