Charles T. Macsek

Charles T. Macsek (Charlie), 57, formerly of Lower Saucon Township, passed away after a long illness on Sunday, Dec. 28, 2014 at Moravian Village, Bethlehem. Charlie was born in Bethlehem, son of the late John and Pearl (Ehrhart) Macsek. He was employed by Saucon Valley Country Club as a dishwasher for 29 years until his disability. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, Easton.

He will be lovingly remembered by his brothers, Matthew and wife Jeanne of Lower Saucon Township, with whom he resided, and Michael and wife Patricia of Bedford, NH; niece, Sarah; and nephews, John, Joseph and Benjamin.

A viewing will be held in the Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem, on Friday, Jan. 2, from 9 to 10 a.m. A 10 a.m. funeral service will follow. Burial will be at Bethlehem Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Calvary Baptist Church, 5300 Green Pond Rd., Easton, PA 18045.
