Cindy Lee Henning, 62, of Bethlehem, died on Saturday, December 26, 2020. She was born in Bethlehem; daughter of Joan (Smith) and Robert Bright.
Cindy will be lovingly remembered as a caring, humorous, and compassionate mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend. She was a talented singer and shared her lovely voice by performing at weddings, local variety shows and the national anthem at several events. Cindy was known for having a sensational sense of humor through all of lifes journeys. She had a smile that could light up a room and will be remembered for her big, beautiful laugh. Cindy loved the beach, soaking up the sun, and gardening at her home. Her biggest passion was cooking; especially for others. Cindy spent the majority of her career working as a secretary for the Bethlehem Area School District and was a graduate of Liberty High School.
She dedicated her life to her family and, along with her parents, will be dearly missed by her daughter, Amanda and her husband, Adam Reitz and granddaughter, Reagan; as well as her sisters, Debra August and husband, Edward; Pam Garcia and husband, Pep; and Lisa Moyer; several nieces and nephews and her dog, Sophie. Cindy was preceded in death by her son, Jeremy Paul Henning.
Memorial contributions may be made to Center for Animal Health and Welfare, 1165 Island Park Rd, Easton, PA 18042.
Services have been entrusted to Connell Funeral Home and will be private.
