Constance H. Schubert, 86, of Bethlehem, passed away on Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at Moravian Hall Square. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Charles F. Schubert who passed away in December 2020, and her beloved son, Charles Schubert, Jr.

Constance was born on June 14, 1936, in Bethlehem. She was the daughter of the late Anna (Hudacek) and Frank Ammend.

A loving wife, mother, and grandmother, Constance enjoyed traveling, gardening, and spending time with her family. She was a successful businesswoman who together with her husband, Charles, owned and operated a Sunoco A+ Mini Market for many years. She was an active member of community volunteer groups and most importantly, a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Bethlehem, where she enjoyed singing in the choir.

Constance will be lovingly remembered by her three children, Laurie (Dennis) Dougherty, Robert (Susan) Schubert, and Susan (Kevin) Creyer; three sisters, Dorothy Radzelovage, Rosemary Ammend, and Clare Magee; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

A viewing for family and friends will be held on Tuesday, March 28, 2023, from 10-11:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church, 1817 1st St., Bethlehem, PA 18020 with a Mass of Christian Burial beginning at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Sacred Heart Church.
