David A. Hottenstein

David A. Hottenstein, 59, of Plainfield Township passed away suddenly Thursday, November 26, 2015 in his home. Born March, 5, 1956 in Bethlehem he was the son of the late Robert Hottenstein and Marie Weiss. He was married to Julie Hottenstein with whom he just celebrated 21 years of marriage this past October 29th.

David worked at Cooper Electric. He was a 1974 Liberty High School graduated and attended Kutztown University on an art scholarship. He was a member of the North End Wanderers AA and the Rosemont Fire Company both in Bethlehem.

David enjoyed cooking and had a passion for politics and was always up for a political discussion. He was a great husband, father, brother and friend who will be missed by all those who knew him.

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Julie, sons, Benjamin and Abraham Hottenstein, sister, Karen Kulanko and brother, Bob Hottenstein. He is reunited with his daughter, Rachel Hottenstein who passed away nine years ago.

A viewing will be held on Thursday, December 3, 2015 at Connell Funeral Home 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem, PA 18018 from 9-11 AM followed by a service at 11:00 AM. Burial will be at Holy Saviour Cemetery in Bethlehem.
