David E. Field

David E. Field, 87, of Bath, passed away on Friday, October 4, 2024, at St. Luke's Hospital, Fountain Hill. He was the loving husband of the late Jean E. Field for 65 years. Born on June 15, 1937, in East Orange, NJ, he was the son of the late Roger L. and Gertrude A. (Eisele) Field. David was a member of Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, Bethlehem Township and is a United States Navy Veteran.

Survivors: daughter: Brenda J. (David P.) Keppel of Allentown; brother, Roger Field; grandchildren: Matthew Keppel, Nicole (Christopher) Kessler, Rachel Keppel; great grandchildren: Ryan, Connor, Damien and Kennedy. In addition to his wife and parents, David is preceded in death by his son, Brian D. Field and brother, Eugene Field.

Services: Friends and family are invited to his calling hour from 10-11 am Thursday, October 10, 2024, at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, 1817 1st Street, Bethlehem, PA 18020 with a Mass of Christian Burial beginning at 11 a.m. in the church. The inurnment will conclude services at the Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem. The Connell Funeral Home, Inc. is handling the arrangements.
