David J. Stear

David J. Stear, 64, of Allentown died Friday June 1, 2007 at St. Lukes Hospital in Bethlehem. He was born on April 16, 1943 in Bethlehem son of the late John D. Stear and Marguerite Powers Stear of Mass. He was the husband of Joy V. Love Stear. They were married on July 27, 1989.

David was a realtor for Re/Max Unlimited in Whitehall and previously worked for Snap-On Tools. He was in the US Army Reserve for 6 years. He was also a member of the Allentown Area Corvette Club.

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Joy, former wife Diane E. Ambrogio of Allentown, sons, Roger D. Stear of Drexel Hill, Pa. , Rick G. Stear of New York, NY, and Ron A. Stear of Aspen, Colorado, daughter, Anne Lawrence of New York, NY, brother, Thomas G. Stear of Bethlehem, sister, Susan Brett of Mass. Grandchildren, Jason and Justin and cousins in Punxsutawney, Pa.

A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday June 6, 2007 at 7:30PM at the Connell Funeral Home 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, Pa. Calling hours from 6-7:30PM in the funeral home.
