David J Walsh

David J. Walsh, 51, a resident of LifePath of Bethlehem, PA, died on Wednesday, September 9, 2009 at St.Luke's Hospital in Bethlehem, PA. He was born in Bethlehem, and was the son of the late Francis H. Walsh Jr. and Geraldine M. Girouard Walsh.

David will be lovingly remembered by two brothers, Francis H. Walsh III and his wife Linda of Lynnfield, MA, Peter Walsh and his companion Irene Jeruss of Bristol, CT., sister Jane Barnhart and her husband Richard of Bellingham, MA and nephew and nieces, Lauren Walsh, Peter Walsh, Jr., Kate Walsh and Amy Barnhart. David will also be lovingly remembered by his caregivers at LifePath, many of whom have become an extended family to the Walsh family. David was particularly close to Keyon Green and Lisa Hersh to whom the family is deeply indebted.

Friends are invited to celebrate David's life at a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 74 Spring St., Fair Haven, MA at 10AM on Saturday, September 12, 2009. Burial will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery in New Bedford.

A memorial service to celebrate David's life will be held in Connell Funeral Home, Bethlehem on Saturday, October 10, 2009.
