David O Miller

David O. Miller, 82, of Center Valley, died on February 9, 2010 at Valley Manor.

Born December 3, 1927 in Northampton; son of the late Otto J. Miller and Louise Luckenbach Castree.

David is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Amelia Miller of Center Valley.

He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army.

David worked as Superintendent of Saucon Valley Country Club prior to becoming General Manager of the club. He was also founder and operator of Lehigh Valley TurfGrass. Dave's farm gave him much joy and pleasure.

David will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Amelia; daughters Lynn Kovecses of Center Valley and Martha Miller and her husband Fred Reynolds of Eagle CO; as well as his son, Mark Miller and his wife Anne of Center Valley. He is also survived by his six grandchildren, Catriona, Andrew, Timothy, Justin, Zane and Teak.

David was preceded in death by sister, Judith Miller Hobbs.



Arrangements by Connell Funeral Home, Bethlehem.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, February 13, 2010 from 10-11 AM at Christ Church UCC 75 East Market Street, Bethlehem with a funeral service immediately following.
