David W. Johnson

David W. Johnson, 51, of Bethlehem died Saturday, February 24, 2018 at Manor Care Nursing Home in Bethlehem. Born in Virginia he was the son of Sue Jones. He was married to Peggy (Ocasio) Johnson with whom he celebrated 25 years of marriage this past August 1, 1992.

David was a graduate of Liberty High School. He worked for Coca Cola as a truck driver. David was an avid fan of Nascar and the Pittsburgh Steelers. He was a member of Holy Infancy Catholic Church. He was a great husband, father, son, brother, and son-in-law and will be greatly missed by all those that knew him.

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Peggy, daughter, Sarah Johnson, mother, Sue Jones and sister, Ami Smith.

A viewing will be held on Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at Connell Funeral Home 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem, PA 18018 from 6-9 PM. A calling hour will be held Thursday, March 1, 2018 in the funeral home from 9-10 AM followed by a service at 10 AM. Burial will be at Cedar Hill Memorial Park in Allentown.
