Dean C. Burk

Dean Burk, 56, of Bethlehem died Saturday, August 8, 2011 at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia. He was the husband of Cathie Dale-Burk and the son of Gordon and Jane Frankenfield Burk who reside in Bethlehem.

Dean, a licensed electrician and man of many talents, was a self- employed "handy man" for the last 30 years. He was a graduate of Liberty High School and a passionate animal lover.

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Cathie, parents Gordon and Jane Burk, brothers Scott Burk of Bethlehem and Thomas Burk, M.D. and his wife Bonnie of Hollidaysburg, PA. He will also be missed by his 6 nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a sister Pamela Burk in 2004.

Funeral Services will be on Saturday, August 13 at 11:00AM in the Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem. Friends may call from 10:00-11:00AM. Burial will follow in Bethlehem Memorial Park Cemetery.
