Delia Garcia

Delia A. Garcia, 95, of Bethlehem, PA passed away on Thursday January 30, 2025, at Cedarbrook Nursing Home in Fountain Hill, PA. She was born in Corozal, Puerto Rico, the daughter of the late Pascal and Aurora (Rivera) Ortiz. She was the wife of Ismael Garcia, and they were married for 54 years. Delia worked as a seamstress in the textile industry for many years. She was a member of Holy Infancy Catholic Church in Bethlehem. Delia loved to dance and was devoted to her family and friends.

She will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Ismael, sons, Tom Marrero and wife Anna, Enrique Marrero and Nicholas Marrero, grandchildren, Delia Marrero, Troy Marrero, Thomas Marrero, and Enrique Marrero Jr., great grandchildren, Leilanni Marrero, Dayanara Marrero, Wyatt Marrero, and Jeric Marrero, and great great grandson, Azekiel Marrero.

A viewing will be held from 6-8pm Wednesday February 5, 2025, at the Connell Funeral Home 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, PA 18018 and 10-11am Thursday February 6, 2025, at Incarnation of Our Lord Parish 617 Pierce St. Bethlehem, PA 18015 followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11am. The burial will be held at Holy Saviour Cemetery in Bethlehem.
