Diana B. Ettl

Diana B. Ettl, 75, of Bethlehem passed away on Monday, October 17, 2022. Born on October 31, 1946, she was the daughter of the late Louise E. (Brezovec) and John J. Blatnik.

After graduating from Liberty High School, Diana worked for Western Electric for 30 years. She was an active member of Sacred Heart Parish and the Lioness Club. Diana loved cooking for family gatherings and neighborhood picnics. She enjoyed dancing and going to polka festivals. She won prizes for her needlework and made her home welcoming to all.

She will be lovingly remembered by her sister, Margaret Bilheimer; brother, John S. Blatnik and wife, Gloria; beloved friend, Lou Sterner; nieces and nephews and dear friends, Chris Valiantos and wife, Kim and their sons Manny and Dimitri. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Ettl.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, October 21, 2022 at Sacred Heart Parish, 1817 First St. Bethlehem, PA 18020. Following Mass, the family will greet relatives and friends at the Borderline Restaurant in Bethlehem.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Sacred Heart Parish or the Alzheimers Association 225 N. Michigan Ave. Fl 17, Chicago, IL 60601
