Diana M. Eagan

Diana M. Eagan, 75, of Bethlehem, PA died Tuesday, June 12, 2012 at Holy Family Manor in Bethlehem. Born February 19, 1937 in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Dorothy (Faulkner) and John W. "Jack" Eagan, Jr.

Diana was a graduate of Moravian Seminary for Girls and later graduated from St. Luke's School of Nursing and Moravian College. Diana worked at St. Luke's Hospital as a Nursing Supervisor and Instructor. She volunteered as Secretary for the newspaper editor of the AARP

local chapter. Diana also volunteered her time as the corresponding secretary for the Bethlehem Garden Club and she served as a Judge of Elections for the 14th Ward 7th District, Northampton County. Diana was a member of St. Anne's Catholic Church in Bethlehem where she volunteered in the office, at the New Bethany Soup Kitchen and was an active member of the Sodality.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Dorothy E. Eagan.

A viewing will be held on Monday, June 18, 2012 at Connell Funeral Home 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, PA 18018 from 8:30-9:30 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Anne's Catholic Church 450 Washington Ave. Bethlehem, PA 18017 at 10 AM. Burial will be at Holy Saviour Cemetery, in Bethlehem, PA.

Memorial Contributions may be made in Diana's name to St. Anne's Catholic

Church or to the Center for Animal Health and Welfare 1165 Island Park Rd, Easton, PA 18042.
