Diane Mary Richter

Diane Mary Richter, 66, of Bethlehem, died on Saturday, December 16, 2017 at St. Lukes Hospital. She was born in Bethlehem; daughter of the late Vivian Curzi and Emilio “Chico” Curzi. Diane was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Joseph Ralph Richter and her son, Curtis Richter; she loved and missed both very much.

Diane was an amazing cook and baker; she used those talents during her career with DeSales University. She and her husband, Joey, both shared a love of all animals. Diane volunteered her time working with animals with care and compassion. She especially loved her three dogs and her bird.

Diane will be dearly missed by her sister, Felicia Fliszar and her husband, Thomas and their daughter, Lauren; brother, Brian Duda; sister-in-law, Marlene Richter; and brother-in-law, Raymond Richter and his wife, Susan; as well as nieces and nephews.

Services have been entrusted to Connell Funeral Home. A graveside ceremony will be held 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, December 21, 2017 at Nisky Hill Cemetery. Friends wishing to attend should gather at the Linden St. entrance.
