Diane Zelko

Diane Zelko, 63, of Bethlehem, died Sunday, February 5, 2017 at St. Lukes Hospice House in Bethlehem. Born April 23, 1953 in Bethlehem, she was the daughter of the late Dorina (Faillone) and Joseph F. Shramko. She was married to Thomas L. Zelko for 40 years until his death on March 9, 2014.

Diane worked at the Hesss Department store with the accounts payable department and she also modeled in the patio. She was a 1971 graduate of Liberty High School. Diane enjoyed vacationing at the beach where she would collect her purple seashells. She could often be found tending to her garden and cheering for her favorite sports teams the Steelers and Yankees. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandsons.

She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Kara Zelko-Mease wife of Dale, brother, Richard Shramko, sisters, JoAnn Waverka wife of Mark, Patti Bradley wife of Robert and Mary Ann Nelson wife of Todd, two grandsons, Dylan Preston and Gage Thomas Mease, nieces, Ashley, Aubrie, Tori, Baleigh and nephews, Drew, Taylor, Anthony and Matthew.

A viewing will be held on Saturday, February 11, 2017 at Connell Funeral Home 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem, PA 18018 from 10 AM to 12 PM followed by a service at 12:00 PM. Burial will be at Holy Saviour Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made in Dianes name to St. Lukes Hospice, 240 Union Station Plaza 1st Floor, Bethlehem, PA 18015.
