Dolores Ackerman Kuplen

Dolores (Ackerman) Kuplen, 85 of Bethlehem, formerly of Fountain Hill, died Sunday morning in St. Luke's Hospital, Fountain Hill.

She and her husband, Frank W. Kuplen would have celebrated their 62nd anniversary this coming November.

Born in Fountain Hill she is the daughter of the late Frank and Anna (Yonik) Ackerman

Dolores was member of St. Ursula's Catholic Church in Fountain Hill her entire life and was an active member of the church's Golden Hillers.

She was a graduate of the former Fountain Hill High School and attended Bethlehem Business College.

She was very devoted to her family and her religion. Always with a smile she enjoyed the many bus trips to the casinos with her family and friends.

Dolores will be dearly missed by her husband Frank, her daughter Linda Kuplen wife of Gus Neimeister of East Fallowfield, PA, her son: Frank of Salisbury Township and her three beautiful grandchildren: Brianna, Steve, and Kate.

She was preceded in death by her three brothers: Francis, William and Richard.

Funeral Services will begin on Wednesday at 9:15 a.m. at the Connell Funeral Home 245 East Broad Street Bethlehem and followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in St. Ursula's Church 1300 Broadway Fountain Hill.

Visitation will be held at the Connell Funeral Home on Tuesday 7:00 p.m.to 9:00 p.m. and on Wednesday 8:15 a.m. to 9:15 a.m.

Contributions may be made in Dolores's name to St. Ursula's Church
