Domenic M. Morano

Domenic M. Morano, 74, of Bethlehem, PA died Saturday, August 18, 2012 in his home after a courageous battle with cancer.

Born March 16, 1938 in Bethlehem, he was the son of the late Vincent C. and Rose (Petrucella) Morano.

He was married to Marie E. Morano, who predeceased him earlier this year. They would have celebrated 53 years of marriage this coming October 31st.

Domenic worked for Bethlehem Steel as the head of the Corporate Travel Division. After retiring from Bethlehem Steel he worked in Manhattan in the advertising business from which he retired. He was an avid gardener, cook, theater enthusiast and loved to work with needlepoint.

Domenic is survived by his sons, Kevin Matthew Morano and Christopher Matthew Morano, daughter, Lisa Marie Morano and grandchildren, Taylor, Trevor and Lauren.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 22, 2012 at Connell Funeral Home 254 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, PA 18018 from 6-8 PM followed by a service at 8 PM.

Memorial contributions may be made in Domenic's name to the American Cancer Society 3893 Adler Place Bethlehem, PA 18017.
