Dona A. Korpics

Dona Behler Miller Korpics, 65, of Allentown, died on Saturday September 3, 2011. Born in Bethlehem on February 20, 1946, she was the daughter of the late Donald Behler, Sr. and Ida Belle Coffey; she was raised by her adopted parents, the late Conrad and Anna Miller. She was the wife of the late Vincent G. Korpics who died in 2010.

Dona was retired and was an avid fan of the Philadelphia Phillies, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and her beloved pets.

She will be lovingly remembered by her daughters, Jacqueline wife of David Schmoyer Sr. of Allentown, Kathleen Korpics and her companion Amy Snider of Jacksonville, FL, and Victoria wife of Brian Fitzgerald of Gibsonton, FL; grandchildren, David Schmoyer Jr., Christopher Korpics, and Kayla Korpics; in-laws, Frank Korpics and Catherine wife of Michael Thierer Sr.; and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother, Donald Behler Jr., and son, Baby Vincent Korpics Jr.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, where a viewing will be held on Wednesday September 7th from 9:30 to 11 a.m. An 11 a.m. funeral service, with Rev. Beth Gowdy of MCCLV presiding, will follow in the funeral home. Interment will be in Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem.
