Donald R. Roche

Donald R. Roche, 85, of Bethlehem, passed away on Friday, March 24, 2023 at Holy Family Manor.

Born on August 12, 1937, he was the son of the late Winifred (McCullough) and Joseph Roche.

Donald was a resident of Lutheran Manor, Bethlehem for over 30 years. He enjoyed going for long walks, spending time at the mall, and spending time with his family and friends. Donald was a very proud Irishman; it brought him great joy to attend Celtic Fest and Musik Fest. He also enjoyed taking trips to Atlantic City and Wind Creek.

Donald will be dearly missed by his sisters, Kathleen Bass, Laura (Norman) Provost, and Christine (Mario) DEgidio; brothers, Thomas (Charlotte) Roche and John Roche; many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Donald is preceded in death by his brother, Joseph Roche and sister, Marguerite Klena.

A viewing for family and friends will be held on Saturday, April 1, 2023, from 12-2:00 p.m. at Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem, PA 18018 with a funeral service beginning at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National Kidney Foundation, 1500 Walnut St Ste 301, Philadelphia, PA 19102.
