Donatell H. Hoey

Donatell H. Hoey, 91, formerly of Bethlehem, died on Friday, August 1, 2014 at The Birches at Arbour Square Senior Community in Harleysville. She was born in Bethlehem, the daughter of the late, John and Filomena (Ruggiero) Fanzo. She was the loving wife of the late, Bernard Hoey. They were married 56 years before his passing in 2001. Donatell worked for the Muriel Dress Factory for over 20 years. At the age of 50, she went back to Liberty High School to earn her GED. She was a parishioner of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Bethlehem Twp.

She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Bernadette, wife of Arthur “Rick” Radman of Telford, PA; a sister, Marjorie Mariotti, of Bethlehem; two grandchildren, Scott Radman, and Dana Smith, and five great-grandsons. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Margaret and Antoinette and a brother, John.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday August 7, 2014 at 10am at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 3219 Santee Rd., Bethlehem, Pa. 18020. The family will receive friends from 8:30am to 9:30am at Connell Funeral Home, Inc. 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem.
