Donna Zmyewski

Donna L. Zmyewski, 79, of Bethlehem passed away on Friday, January 24, 2025 surrounded by her family at St. Luke’s Hospice House. Born on November 25, 1945, she was the daughter of the late Sarah E. (Whitmore) and Wesley Hann. Donna was the devoted wife of William E. Zmyewski, with whom she shared 58 wonderful years of marriage.

She dedicated her career to caring for others as a Certified Nursing Assistant. In her free time, Donna found joy in life’s simple pleasures. She loved solving puzzles, taking scenic car rides through the countryside, and admiring barns along the way. A fan of country music, she also had a deep affection for old cars and animals, especially dogs and cows. Donna enjoyed the thrill of thrift store shopping and cherished evenings spent watching classic television shows like Seinfeld and The Honeymooners. She loved her trips to Niagara Falls and Paris. Above all she adored and cherished her time spent with her grandchildren.

She will be lovingly remembered by her husband, William; daughter, Kathleen John and her husband, Bruce; sons, Michael Zmyewski and his wife, Sharon and Henry Zmyewski and his wife, Shawna; sister, Patricia Collins; grandchildren, Justin and his wife, Halina, Jacob and his girlfriend, Samantha, Alexander and his wife, Alexandria, Samuel, Nicholas and his wife, Theresa, Thomas and his wife, Lauren, Benjamin, Eleanor and Maxwell and great-grandson, Orson. Donna was preceded in death by her 3 sisters and 2 brothers.

A memorial gathering will be held on Sunday, February 16, 2025 at 1 p.m. at the Bath American Legion 278 Race St. Bath, PA 18014.
