Dorothy E. Holz

Dorothy E. Holz, 86, of Hellertown, passed away on July 23, 2023 with her family by her side. Born on December 17, 1936 she was the daughter of the late Mary T. (Molnar) and Stephen J. Zambo. She was the loving wife of the late Raymond Holz. Dorothy was proud to be the wife of a veteran.

Dorothy graduated from Liberty High School in 1954, and her professional life was marked by her roles as a head bank teller and a jewelry consultant at Musselman Jewelers. She enjoyed keeping her journal, Bingo, reading, trips to the beach, especially Avalon, and traveling on cruises. Known to many as the "queen of her castle," she never left the house without something leopard print on. Family was at the heart of her world, especially her grandchildren.

She will be lovingly remembered by her daughters, Debbie Kulp (Harry), Michelle Wagner, and Valerie Ann Belle; her grandchildren, Ryan Kulp (Lauren), Desiree Kopec (Tony), and Melissa Wagner; as well as her great-grandchildren, Cohen Kulp and Kaden Kopec. Dorothy was preceded in death by her brother, Stephen J. Zambo, Jr. and son-in-law, William Belle

A viewing will be held on Friday, July 28, 2023 from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. at Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, PA 18018. A funeral service will follow at 12 p.m. in the funeral home.
