Dorothy J. Leiderman

Dorothy J. Leiderman, 95, of Easton, passed away on Saturday, December 17, 2022, at Lehigh Valley HospitalCedar Crest.

Born on October 31, 1927, she was a daughter of the late Adam and Anna (Kelborn) Kelhart.

Dorothy held a nearly thirty-year career with Mary Kay Cosmetics, retiring as a Senior Director.

Outside of work, she taught CCD at St. Janes Parish, in Easton, where she was a long-time member; and served for two years as the president of the Varsity Mothers for Easton High School.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband: Robert H. Leiderman, who passed away on June 9, 2009; two sons: Chucky Leiderman and James Leiderman; one daughter-in-law: Sheila Leiderman; one sister: Shirley Shive; and one brother: Richard Kelhart.

Dorothy will be lovingly remembered by her daughter: Cindy Fretz, and her husband, Timothy; two sons: Robert Leiderman, and his wife, Audra; and Thomas J. Leiderman; a daughter-in-law: Karen Leiderman; one brother: Fred Kelhart, and his wife, Shirley; two sisters: Bernadine Lugana, and her husband, Joseph; and Patricia Steager, and her husband, Larry; eleven grandchildren: Jennifer Cooprider, Jeffrey Fretz, Michael Leiderman, Matthew Leiderman, Chrissy Fritz, Stephanie Otis, John Leiderman, Jessica Fajardo, Khalife Wadlington, Sharife Wadlington, and Zipproah Wadlington. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren: Ryan, Abby, Jocelyn, Alexandra, Elliot, Julia, Gabby, Nolan, Colby, and Paige; as well as several nieces and nephews.

A viewing will be held at St. Jane Frances de Chantal Church, 4049 Hartley Avenue, Easton, PA 18045, on Monday, December 26, 2022, from 9:15-10:15am. A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10:30am in church.

A private interment will be in Holy Saviour Cemetery.

Arrangements are under the care of the Connell Funeral Home, Inc., Bethlehem.
