Dorothy J. Reed

Dorothy J. (Kramer) Reed, 92, of Bethlehem died on Sunday, March 16, 2014 at Westminster Village in Allentown, PA. Born July 1, 1921 in New York City, NY she was the daughter of the late Clara Kramer and John H. Kramer. Dorothy was married to the late William F. Reed for 52 years.

Dorothy was a member of East Hills Moravian Church in Bethlehem. She was also a member of the Bethlehem Garden Club. Dorothy was an avid quilter, gardener and reader. She lived a wonderful life dedicating herself to her family.

Dorothy is survived by her sons, Jeffrey A. Reed and wife Marilen of Jim Thorpe, Michael P Reed and wife Joann of Bethlehem, Jonathan M. Reed and wife Andrea of Greenville, NC and Jason W. Reed of Allentown, sister-in-law, Susanne Neider of Reading, grandchildren, Christopher Reed and wife Rajika, Michael Reed and wife Katherine, Nathan Reed, Adam Reed and Audrey Reed and two great grandchildren, Zia and Eshan Reed. She was predeceased by a brother, Paul Neider of Reading.
