Dorothy M. Wasco

Dorothy M. Wasco, 79, of Bethlehem, died Saturday, October 20, 2007 at Hospice of the VNA of St. Luke's in Bethlehem.

Born January 17, 1928 in Bethlehem, she was the daughter of the late Anton & Barbara Cmorey Marcincin.

Dorothy was the wife of the late Paul Wasco who died in 1981.

She was a member of St. Anne?s Catholic Church, Bethlehem and had worked at several local factories over the years as a member of the International Ladies Garment Workers Union.

Dorothy was very proud of her Slovak Heritage. She loved to cook and take care of her family.

Surviving is a daughter M. Catherine, wife of Randall Biggs of Bethlehem, a brother Paul M. Marcincin of Bethlehem, two grandchildren, Brett Biggs and his wife Sarah and Christie Biggs Ellis and her husband Joshua. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. The youngest of nine children, she was predeceased by brothers Joseph, John, Frank, Philip & Felix and sisters Margaret & Elizabeth.

Services: Visitation will be at St. Anne's Catholic Church on Wednesday, October 24, 2007 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A Mass of Christian Burial will celebrated

at 10:00 AM.

Burial will be private.
