Dorothy Marie Green

Dorothy Green passed away peacefully at Country Meadows on January 26th with her family by her side. She was born on June 24th, 1929 to John and Verna Demyan. She was the loving wife of Fran for 66 years before his passing in 2021.

Dot worked at Union Bank early on but spent most of her time as a homemaker.

She will be dearly missed by her three children Judy and her husband Bob, Sue and her husband Bill, and Dave and his wife Karen. She was the best grammy ever to her grandkids Carly (Javi), Brian (Sara), Kevin, James (Laura), Ben (Celeste), Jen (Adam) and Aaron (Melissa). She was also blessed with 10 beautiful great grandchildren.

She was passionate about baking and hosting all of the holidays at our family home, crocheting blankets for everyone, and of course going to the casino.

A calling period will be held on Wednesday, January 31, 2024 at Assumption BVM, 4101 Old Bethlehem Pike, Bethlehem, PA 18015 from 10:30-11 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Burial will be at Holy Saviour Cemetery in Bethlehem.
