Dr. Frank P. Corcione

I have elected to write my own epitaph in the third person. Frank Corcione, also Chico, was born on May 2, 1940 and passed on December 30, 2020. He is survived by his wife, Sandra Cowell Corcione, his two sons, Christopher and Matthew Corcione, and his grandson Michael Corcione. He is the son of the late Analdo and Agnes Corcione and the brother of the late Concetta Corcione Vanore. He expresses gratitude to his niece and her husband, Gina and Brian Dawson. He is grateful to his high school luncheon buddies and to Dr. Murli Rajan, a close friend from the University of Scranton, and to Dr. George Reavy, a dear friend for many years. Finally, I express my gratitude to my close fishing partner, Joe Lamarca, and to my local and dear friends, Jack Felker and Frank Szvetecz, both now deceased. Frank served in the Marine Corps from 1958 to 1962 and is grateful for the long and loyal friendship provided by his Marine buddies. Once a Marine always a Marine. To my relatives, friends, and acquaintances, I spare you the despair of a funeral.
