Edward Charles Jirolanio

Edward Charles Jirolanio, of Cedar Park, Texas, formerly of Bethlehem, Pa., passed peacefully

with family by his side on Monday, April 16, 2018 at New Hope Manor in Cedar Park.

He was retired from the Bethlehem Steel Corporation. He was a long time member of the St.

John Capistrano Catholic Church in Bethlehem. He was an avid fan of the Philadelphia Eagles,

he loved to hunt, and he also enjoyed Penn State athletics. What he enjoyed most in life were

his grandchildren, to whom he was lovingly known as “Big Eddie.”

Surviving are his wife of 39 years, Sandra, his stepdaughter, Laura, wife of Donald VanDoren of

Cedar Park, Tx., his stepson Michael Green of Wynnewood, Pa.; his grandchildren Evan

VanDoren of Cedar Park, Tx., Carrie VanDoren of NYC, NY., Jacqueline Green of Philadelphia,

Pa., and Stephanie Green of Abington, Pa. He is preceded in death by his parents, Emery and

Theresa DiJirolanio, and his uncle, Charles Anderko.

Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. at Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem.

Interment will be at Holy Saviour Cemetery, 2575 Linden St., Bethlehem.
