Edward Jospeh Harobin

Edward J. Harobin, 76, of Hellertown; died on Thursday, September 13, 2012. He was born in Bethlehem; the son of the late Michael and Mary Harobin. He was the loving husband of Margaret (Pinter) Harobin. They celebrated their 54th wedding anniversary this past April.

Edward retired from the Bethlehem Steel Corp., where he was a Crane Operator. He also operated a brickote and stone business. He was an avid gardener and was a "Mr. Fix-it". He was a member of St. Theresa of the Child Jesus Catholic Church in Hellertown.

Edward will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Margaret; daughters, Annette H. and her husband, Steven Edward Hussmann and Suzanne; his grandson, Matthew Hussmann and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Cyril and Richard Harobin.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held, Friday, September 21, 2012 at 10:30 a. m. at St. Theresa of the Child Jesus Catholic Church, 1408 Easton Rd., Hellertown, PA 18055. Visitation will be Thursday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. and again on Friday, from 9 to 10 a.m. at the Connell Funeral Home, Inc. 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem, PA 18018.

Memorial Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 3893 Adler Place, Suite 170, Bethlehem, PA 18017.
