Eleanor Michalerya

Eleanor R. Michalerya, 70, of Bethlehem, died on Thursday, January 11, 2007 at St.Lukes Hospital.

She was born in New York, the daughter of the late Blaz and Anna Stano Scroce.

Eleanor is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, Charles Michalerya of Bethlehem.

She worked as dental assistant for several offices in Bethlehem for over 20 years.

Eleanor will be lovingly remembered by her family, Husband Charles; Sister Maria Stanisic of Hauppauge, NY; Brother, Robert Scroce of Nazareth; Nephew, John Paul and an Aunt, Nellie Stano.

She was a member of St. Anne?s Catholic Church, 450 Washington Ave. Bethlehem

Eleanor was very outgoing and enjoyed visiting museums, attending the symphony and the opera and reading. She also loved all animals especially her cats, yum yum, Buddy, and Louis.

She and her husband were Musikfest and Celtic Classic Volunteers and traveled throughout the world together.

A visitation will be held at Connell Funeral Home, Inc. 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem on Monday January 15, 2007 from 8:30-10AM with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow in the church at 10:30AM

Burial will be at Holy Saviour Cemetery, in Bethlehem, PA
