Eleanor R. Huston

Eleanor R. Huston, 88, of Bethlehem, died Friday, January 8, 2021 at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Muhlenberg. Born in Bethlehem she was the daughter of the late Rose (Temlin) and Louis Miholics. She was married to Kay “Casey” B. Huston for 50 years until his death on November 27, 2006.

Eleanor graduated from Penn State University with a degree in home economics. When she got married she dedicated herself to caring for her family. In her free time Eleanor enjoyed working with needle point.

Eleanor will be lovingly remembered by her sons, Mark Huston and Craig Huston(Susan), daughter, Donna Farley(Tom), and grandchildren Christopher(Krisee), Kimberly(Jerel), Jessica(Alex), and Maureen(Julian), 3 great grandchildren, Maddie, Alice and Kylie, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Christopher Palenchar.

A viewing will be held on Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem, PA 18018 from 12-1 PM followed by a service at 1 PM. Burial will be at Fountain Hill Cemetery. Due to the pandemic numbers will be limited in the viewing room and masks will be required.
