Eleanor S. Zick

Eleanor Zick, 84, of Bethlehem, PA passed away on Monday May 27, 2024, at the St. Luke's Hospice House in Bethlehem. She was born in Nesquehoning, PA, the daughter of the late Michael and Anna Bazik. She was the loving wife of George R. Zick and they had been married for 63 years. She graduated from Nesquehoning High School in 1957 and Bethlehem Business School in 1959. Eleanor was a member of St. Anne's Catholic Church, St. Anne's BVM Sodality and an extraordinary minister. She worked for Bethlehem Steel for 2 years and was a secretary at St. Anne's Catholic Church for 35 years. Eleanor enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, reading and cooking.

She will be lovingly remembered by her husband, George, son, George A. Zick (Sandy) of Exeter, PA, grandchildren, Kylie (Shane) of Palmerton, and Geena (Leif) of Burlington, Vt, and great granddaughter, Ella. She was predeceased by her brother, Michael Bazik, and sisters, Anna Flanagan, and Helen Serina, and several nieces and nephews.

A viewing will be held from 10-11am Friday May 31st, 2024, at St. Anne's Catholic Church 450 Washington Ave Bethlehem, PA followed by a Mass of Christian Burial 11am at the church. Entombment will be held at Holy Saviour Cemetery.
