Elizabeth A. Byrne

Elizabeth A. Byrne, 95, formerly of Baltimore, MD, died on Saturday February 26, 2011 at Westminster Village, Allentown. Born in Baltimore on March 12, 1915, she was the daughter of the late William and Martha Ware McLean. She was the wife of the late Hugh J. Byrne.

She was employed by Crown Cork and Seal, of Baltimore, where she worked as an inspector in the quality control department. While living in Baltimore she was an active and dedicated member of Linden Heights United Methodist Church.

She will be lovingly remembered by her brother Edward of Texas, sisters, Edna Maia Harrison of Georgia, and Evelyn wife of Russell Grander of Bethlehem. She is also survived by nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son, Lawrence H. Byrne, and brothers, Rev. William McLean, and C. Robert McLean.

An 11 a.m. graveside service will be held on Saturday March 5th at the Gardens of Faith Memorial Park Cemetery, Baltimore.
