Elizabeth A. Zietts

Elizabeth A. Zietts, 86, of Bethlehem, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 15, 2018. Born in Fountain Hill, she was the daughter of the late Leo Sr. and Mary (Henry) Rheiner. She was the wife of the late Michael R. Zietts, Sr.; they were married for 49 years. Elizabeth was a faithful parishioner of the Sacred Heart Parish, Bath, and was very proud of her over 25 years working in the Sacred Heart School cafeteria.

She will be lovingly remembered by her sons, Michael R. Zietts, Jr., and Stephen L. Zietts; daughter, Mary A. Weierbach; granddaughters: Kerry, Ashley, and Kathryn; great grandchildren: Maddox, Carter, and Ariel; brother, John Rheiner and wife, Marie; and sister-in-law, Phyllis Rheiner. She was predeceased by her brother, Leo R. Rheiner, Jr., and sister, Mary Lou Behr.

Viewing hours will be held in the Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem, on Thursday, from 8 to 9:45 a.m. A 10:30 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at the Sacred Heart Church, 210 E. Northampton St., Bath, PA 18014. Burial will be at the Sacred Heart Church Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Sacred Heart Parish Memorial Fund and sent to the church.
