Elizabeth D. Sartz

Elizabeth Sartz, 87, of Bethlehem died on Thursday, July 12, 2007 at L.V. Hospital.

She was born in Reading, PA, the daughter of the late Harold and Gladys Kolb Miller.

Elizabeth is survived by her husband, Col. Jacob P. Sartz, Jr. of Bethlehem.

Elizabeth was a graduate of Brown University.

She dedicated her life to her family a homemaker.

Elizabeth will be lovingly remembered by her son, Jacob Sartz III of Georgetown, MA and daughter Susan Beach of Vancouver, WA; as well as three grandchildren, Kenneth Beach, Jacob Sartz, IV and Donna Ritchie. She is also survived by her two great-grandchildren, Zoe and Robert Ritchie.

Elizabeth was a member of Saucon Valley Country Club, where she enjoyed playing golf. She was also active in several area bridge groups.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, July 21, 2007 at 4 PM at Connell Funeral Home, Inc. 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem. Family will receive friends from 3:30 PM until time of service.
