Elizabeth Fedora

Elizabeth “Betty” Fedora, 95, of Bethlehem, passed away on March 8, 2023. She was the wife of the late Ted Fedora for 70 years; he passed in January of 2020.

Born in 1928, in Nesquehoning, to the late Clementine (Batuff) and Joseph Yaworsky.

Betty was a member of St. Nicholas Russian Orthodox Church, Bridle Path Rd., Bethlehem. She taught Sunday School and sang in the choir for over 70 years. She was also very active in all church activities. Betty worked at Western Electric for 31 years which is where she later retired from.

She is survived by her sister, Judy Schutack; nieces, Kathy Toroney and Karen Thompson; and nephews, Ronald Fedora and David Cudlic.

A viewing for family and friends will be held on Monday, March 13, 2023, from 10-11:00 a.m. at St. Nicholas Russian Orthodox Church, 980 Bridle Path Rd., Bethlehem, PA 18017. A Panachida service will begin at 11:00 a.m. in the church. Interment will follow at Hellertown Union Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the church.
