Elizabeth Hodulik

February 17, 1922 — July 7, 2012

Elizabeth (Vidumsky) Hodulik, 90, of Bath, PA, formerly Vero Beach, FL died Saturday, July 7, 2012 at Hospice House of the VNA of St. Luke's in Bethlehem. Born February 17, 1922 in Bethlehem she was the daughter of the late Anna (Krivi) and John Joseph Vidumsky, Sr. She was married to Joseph Hodulik who died on February 17, 1998 on Elizabeth's birthday.

Elizabeth graduated from Ss. Cyril and Methodius Catholic School and attended Braugal Junior High School. She served her country in the Women's Medical Corp during WWII. She was stationed at Valley Forge Hospital in Valley Forge, PA and Port of Embarkation Station Hospital, New Orleans, LA. Elizabeth was awarded three Medals, the American Campaign Medal, WWII Victory Medal and the WWII Honorable Service Lapel Button.

Elizabeth owned and operated the B & H Restaurant in Bethlehem where she did all the cooking. She also worked at the Allentown State Hospital, working on the most disturbed, closed, women's ward. For five years. Elizabeth took care of her father and people in need.



Elizabeth is survived by her daughter, Sandra Limpar and Husband Martin, foster daughter, Sharon Smith and husband Robert, brothers, John J. Vidumsky, Jr. and Michael Vidumsky, grandchildren, John Limpar and wife Amey, Martin Limpar and wife Gina, Vanessa Smith and Justin Smith and her beloved dog, Lucy.

She was preceded in death by her step mother, Elizabeth (Straka) Vidumsky, sisters, Margaret Ritter, Sr. Elizabeth Marie, O.S.F., Helen Michelson and Catherine Vidumsky.



A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, July 10, 2012 at Incarnation of Our Lord's Parish 617 Pierce St., Bethlehem, PA 18015 at 11 AM. Burial will be at SS. Cyril & Methodius Cemetery, in Bethlehem, PA. Arrangements Connell Funeral Home.
