Elizabeth I. Bonser

Elizabeth "Betty" I. Gosztonyi Bonser, 88, of Bethlehem Township, passed away Saturday, December 10, 2011 at Old Orchard Manor Care Health Services in Easton. Born October 19, 1923 in Hellertown she was the daughter of the late George and Mary Gostony Gosztonyi. She was the wife of the late George Bonser, Jr.

Elizabeth worked for the Hellertown Manufacturing Company, Western Electric, Durkee's and the Bethlehem Globe Times. After retiring she enjoyed bingo, going to yard sales, visiting the casino and spending time with her family.

She will be lovingly remembered by her daughters, Stephanie Ungerer of Bethlehem and Georgia Cressman of Palmerton, son, George Bonser, III of Wilson, sister, Ann Trembath and her companion, Tony Medei of Bethlehem Township. She will also be remembered by her eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her brothers, George, William, Charles and Frank Gosztonyi and sisters, Julia Horwath, Mary Sersen and Margaret Ontko.

SERVICES

A viewing will be held on Thursday, December 15, 2011 at Connell Funeral Home 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem, PA 18018 from 8:30-9:30 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Sacred Heart Catholic Church 1817 First St. Bethlehem, PA 18020. Burial will be at Holy Saviour Cemetery, in Bethlehem, PA.
