Elizabeth Perino

Elizabeth Perino, 86, of Bethlehem died Tuesday July 6, 2010 at the St. Luke's Hospice House in Bethlehem, Pa. She was born on November 13, 1923 in Bethlehem, daughter of the late Charles and Mary Pivovarnicek Bednarik. She was the wife of the late William Perino.

Betty was a member of Sacred Heart Church in Bethlehem Township. She was an animal lover and would feed the birds daily. She loved her pet dogs over the years , and most recently her dog Spunky. She also was an avid lover of polka music.

She will be lovingly remembered by her daughters, Lucille wife of Anthony Molinaro Jr. of Allentown, and Mary E. wife of Edward J. Saszi of Bethlehem, brothers Charles Bednarik of Coopersburg, John Bednarik of Allentown, and David Bednarik of Maryland, 6 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her husband, William, daughters, Rita Ann Juless, and Linda Marshall, sister, Mary Huber, and a brother Richard Bednarik

Services will be held 10:15AM Friday July 9, 2010 at the Connell Funeral Home 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, Pa. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial 11Am at Sacred Heart Church First St. Bethlehem, Pa. 18020. Calling hours will be held from 9:15-10:15AM Friday morning at the funeral home. Burial at Cedar Hill Memorial Park
