Elsie Barna

Elsie Barna, 94, of Moore Twp., passed away Tuesday, March 18, 2025 at Scenic View Personal Care, Palmerton. She was the wife of the late Stephen M. Barna who died April 15, 2002. Elsie was born in Bethlehem on August 17, 1930 to the late Louis and Klara (Koczeth) Temlin. She worked as a seamstress in the garment industry for many years. Elsie was a dedicated member of the former St. John's Windish Lutheran Church, Bethlehem.

Survivors: children: Nancy J. Armstrong of Moore Twp., Michael L. Barna of North Richland Hills, TX; 7 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren. Predeceased by siblings: Stephen, Joseph, Zolton, Irene, Olga, Ida & Helen.

Services: Friends and family are invited to her visitations from 6-8pm Sunday, March 23, 2025 at the Connell Funeral Home, Inc., 245 East Broad Street, Bethlehem and 10-11am Monday, March 24, 2025 at Emmanuel's Lutheran Church, 3175 Valley View Drive, Bath, PA, a Memorial Service will follow at 11am.
