Emma A. Frantz, 89, of Coopersburg, Pa. died on Saturday October 4, 2008.

She was born February 25, 1919 in Coplay, Pa. the daughter of the late Edward and Augustine Schemeneck Krug.

Emma was preceded in death by her first husband Joseph Sersen and her second husband David T. Frantz.

She worked at Baba's Blouse Factory and later at Debbie Sue Sewing Factory until she was 61 years old. She was a member of the I.L.G.W.U. Emma always enjoyed her extended visits with her family. She enjoyed her polka music and was always ready to tell a joke to anyone, wherever she would be.

Emma will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Barbara A. wife of Joseph Scull of Coopersburg and her seven grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and sisters, Hilda Bucko of Macungie, and Marie Fischl wife of Rudy of Breinigsville, Pa.

She was predeceased by her daughter Patricia Tomko.

A Memorial Service to celebrate Emma's life will be held 11AM Friday October 10, 2008 at the Connell Funeral Home 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, Pa. 18018. Calling hour from 10-11AM Friday morning at the funeral home

Burial will be at Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem.

In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society 3893 Adler Place Bethlehem, Pa. 18017 in memory of Emma's daughter, Patricia..
