Ernesto M. Zullo

Ernesto M. Zullo, 74, of Bethlehem, died suddenly on Saturday, July 12, 2014. He was born in Bethlehem; son of the late Rocco and Lucy (Guerrieri) Zullo. He was the loving husband of Madonna (Weaver) Zullo; they were married 49 years.

“Ernie” worked for Western Electric, AT&T, and Lucent and retired as a supervisor in 2002. He also worked part-time for the Lehigh University Police. He was devoted to his health. He enjoyed work outs at the gym and riding his bike. He was also a veteran of the U.S. Army.

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Madonna; sons, Rocco (wife, Sara) of Marshfield, MA, David (fianc, Stephanie) of Bethlehem; grandchildren, Lucy and Gabriel; siblings, Anthony, Marie and Josephine, all of Bethlehem, and Yolanda of CT. He was predeceased by his sisters, Michalina and Lena.

Visitation will be held in the Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem, from 9:30 to 11 a.m. on Wednesday, July 16. A funeral service will follow, in the funeral home. Burial will be at Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem.
