Ethel J. Bednarchek, 98, of Macungie, passed away on Wednesday, December 11, 2024. Born on March 8, 1926, in Bethlehem, she was the daughter of the late Asher Lewis and Florence (Remaly) Benner.

Ethel was a faithful member of St. Josaphat Ukrainian Catholic Church, Bethlehem.

Ethel will be dearly missed by her three children, Joanne P. (William) Larish, Janet (Francis) Ondrejca, and Frank S. Bednarchek; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Ethel is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph J. Bednarchek; and her sisters and brothers.

A visitation for family and friends will be held on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, from 11-12:00 p.m. at Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem, PA 18018 with a funeral service beginning at 12:00 p.m. in the funeral home. Burial will conclude services at St. Josaphat's Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Josaphat Ukrainian Catholic Church, 1826 Kenmore Ave, Bethlehem, PA 18018.
