Evaline R. Deutsch

Evaline Ruth Deutsch, 93, of Palmer Township died peacefully on June 29, 2023. She was the daughter of the late Adolph and Helen (Franz) Neubauer. Evaline was born in Pittsburgh, Pa. and graduated from Allegheny High School. After high school she met her future husband, Rudolph, to whom she had been married for 67 years. Evaline was devoted to her family and to her Catholic faith.

Evaline was predeceased by her husband Rudolph, her son Thomas, and her sister Helen. She is survived by her sister, Elsie of Pittsburgh, and children: Michael (Carol) of Westminster, MD, James (Patti) of Bethlehem, PA, Richard (Michelle) of Easton, PA, Susan Leeson (William) of Bethlehem, PA, Steven (Susan) of Yardley, PA and daughter-in-law Becky of Gibsonia PA. She loved spending time with her nine grandchildren and her 6 great grandchildren.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Connell Funeral Home. A viewing will be held on Wednesday, July 5, 2023 from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at St. Jane Frances de Chantal Roman Catholic Church, 4049 Hartley Ave. Easton, PA 18045. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10:30 a.m. in the Church. Burial will be held at Northampton Memorial Shrine.
