Evelyn Rivera

Evelyn Rivera, 73, of Bethlehem died on Friday, December 18, 2020. Born on September 21, 1947 in Arroyo, Puerto Rico, she was the daughter of the late Maria V. (Santiago) and Gervasio Rivera.

Evelyn was always looking to help her community any way she could. She was president of the Puerto Rican Beneficial Society for 8 years. She enjoyed dancing and cooking. Evelyn was the best mother, grandmother and friend anyone could ask for.

She will be lovingly remembered by her daughters, Victoria Morales and Jacqueline Vasquez; son, Raul Vasquez, Jr.; brother, Miguel Rivera; sister, Diane Rivera and grandchildren, Danny Rodriguez, Jonathan Martinez, Joziah Suarze, Rodney Vasquez, Jada Cintron and Dalayci Rodriguez.

A viewing will be held on Tuesday, December 22, 2020 from 10-11 a.m. at Holy Infancy Church 312 E. Fourth St. Bethlehem, PA 18015. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11 a.m. Burial will be held at Holy Saviour Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Holy Infancy Church.
