Felipe Nuno, 75, of Bethlehem, died Monday, February 19, 2007 at Manor Care Health Services in Easton. Born August 14, 1931 in Guadalajara, Mexico, he was the son of the late Jesus and Marciana Martinez Nuno. He was the loving husband of Amelia Duran Nuno of Bethlehem. They celebrated their 53rd wedding anniversary this past August.

Felipe worked for Bethlehem Steel for 33 years in the Coke works Plant. He also held various other jobs including bartending at the Mexican Society Club. He was a member of SS Simon & Jude Catholic Church of Bethlehem.

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Amelia, sons, Philip Nuno and his wife Sheila of Easton; Ricardo Nuno & wife Regina Rotondo of Bethlehem; daughter, Elsa Luther Joseph of Bethlehem; sisters, Angela Nuno of Long Beach, CA; and Alejandra, Virginia and Tomasa Nuno

all of Mexico, 12 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews in Mexico. He was preceded in death by, two brothers, Alfredo & Nacho Nuno and a sister, Refugio Nuno.

Services: A Funeral Service will be held, Thursday, February 22, 2007 at 10:30 a.m. at Connell Funeral Home, Inc. 245 East Broad St. Bethlehem, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. at SS Simon & Jude Catholic Church 730 West Broad St. Bethlehem, PA 18018. Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be at Holy Saviour Cemetery, in Bethlehem, PA
