Felipe Santiago

Felipe Santiago, 74, of Bethlehem passed away on March 14, 2010. Born in Puerto Rico on April 11, 1935 he was the son of the late Julio and Rosa Espada Santiago. He is survived by his wife of 47 years Josefina Dias Santiago.

Felipe was employed by the Bethlehem Steel Coke Works Department for 28 years retiring in 1992. He was a member of the USWA Local # 2600 and Holy Infancy Catholic Church. He served his country honorably in the U.S. Army.

He will be lovingly remembered by his devoted wife, Josefina, step-son, Freddy Mendoza, daughter-in-law Alexandra, Endicott, NY, granddaughter, Ciara O'Neill-Mendoza, his sisters, Maria, Lydia, and Ines Santiago and many caring family members and dear friends. Special thanks and gratitude to the staff at Manor Care for their kindness and compassion.
