Flora M. Nehilla

Flora M. Nehilla, 90, of Bethlehem, died on Sunday, January 24, 2021. She is the wife of the late Stephen F. Nehilla. Flora was born March 20, 1930 in Bethlehem; daughter of the late James and Flora McKelvie.

Flora was a graduate of Liberty High School, class of 1948. She worked for the Bethlehem Steel Corp., W.T. Grant, and Northampton County Community College.

Flora and Steve enjoyed traveling; especially to the Caribbean Islands.

Flora will be lovingly remembered by her sons, Stephen C. Nehilla and his wife, Beverly of Bethlehem; and Richard J. Nehilla and his wife, Kathy of Alabaster, AL; brother, James McKelvie and his wife, JoAnne of Slatington; grandchildren, Barrett J. Nehilla and wife, Lauren of Quincy, MA, and Aileen Bouton and husband, Bryce of Bethlehem; and her great-grandson, Lucas Bouton. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Olivia Vargo and Phyllis Gross.

The family wishes to thank the caregivers of Saucon Valley Manor and Compassionate Care Hospice for all of their help and kindness.

A graveside service will be held 1 p.m. on Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at Bethlehem Memorial Park.
