Florence A. Lehotsky, 83, of Bethlehem, died Friday, March 4, 2011 surrounded by her loved ones at St.Luke's Hospital, Fountain Hill. She was the wife of Paul Lehotsky. The couple celebrated their 63rd wedding anniversary last October 9. Born in Bethlehem, PA, September 10, 1927, Florence was the daughter of the late Ference Zavecz and Vera Neubauer. She was a 1945 graduate of Liberty High School. In 1976, Florence earned her Associate's Degree from Northampton College in General Education while she was working as Periodicals Librarian. A post she held from 1972 to 1983. After she left her position at Northampton College, Florence served as Periodicals Librarian at Moravian College before retiring in 1993. An avid reader, Florence had many interests including a love for interior design and architecture, fine cooking and music. She loved the 'Christmas City', St. Joseph's Church and Moravian College Vesper services.

Survivors: In addition to her loving husband Paul; Daughter, Paula S. Lehotsky wife of Jim Kendrick of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Son, Bob Lehotsky of Bethlehem, PA and grandson, Chris Kendrick of Conshohocken, PA.

Services: The calling hour will be at Our Lady Perpetual Help Church, 3219 Santee Rd., Bethlehem, PA on Thursday, March 10, 2011, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. The interment will be held at Holy Savior Cemetery, Bethlehem, PA. The funeral arrangements are by Connell Funeral Home, Bethlehem, PA.
